Shipping policy

We send your parcel out the same day when you order before 2pm on a working day. Any orders placed after 2pm are dispatched the next working day. We dispatch Monday - Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays).


UNITED KINGDOM

We offer a Free Standard Delivery Service for all UK orders which aims for delivery within 2-3 working days.  All orders are sent via a tracked service and we will provide you with the tracking number in our shipping email confirmation. We also offer an option for Express Delivery Service which aims for delivery within 1-2 working days for an extra charge. We use Royal Mail or Evri for all UK orders.


INTERNATIONAL

We send international orders via Royal Mail or Amazon Logistics from the UK which then transfers over to the postal service of the country it has been delivered to. We can provide tracking within the UK but please note that you will need to contact your postal service with the consignment number to track once the item has reached your chosen country. 

Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days
Worldwide delivery aim: 5-7 working days

For international orders, please be aware that your country’s customs authorities may impose additional charges, including customs duties, taxes, and VAT. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office to understand any potential charges before placing your order. Any delays caused by customs processing are beyond our control.

Failure to pay the required customs fees may result in the package being returned or held by customs. In such cases, we are unable to offer refunds for shipping costs.
